Service Description

A great way to start your Pilates journey – book a one-hour session to experience a more private setting for your first class. This helps you to familiarise yourself with the Reformer machine. Includes an assessment and planning session to help you set some goals.

Cancellation Policy

Late cancellation (within 6 hours) and no show fees apply to all group classes as per the general studio policy. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 6 hours in advance. If you unable to do so, unfortunately your class will be charged as normal. Please refer to Terms & Conditions on our website.
