Service Description

This Reformer class is the next level! once you have completed a few classes of Reformer Foundations, you will be ready to step it up a bit. Now that you are familiar with the Reformer machine and the movements, you can work at a little faster pace. Your instructor can still modify each exercise to ensure you are able to work within your level of fitness.

Cancellation Policy

Late cancellation (within 6 hours) and no show fees apply to all group classes as per the general studio policy. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 6 hours in advance. If you unable to do so, unfortunately your class will be charged as normal. Please refer to Terms & Conditions on our website.
