Begin your Yin Pilates SW journey and feel the difference in your body immediately after your first class, then nurture your body with a detoxifying Infrared Sauna session. Includes 3 x Reformer Pilates sessions and 3 x Infrared Sauna sessions. *New Clients only

Cancellation Policy

Late cancellation (within 6 hours) and no show fees apply to all group classes as per the general studio policy. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 6 hours in advance. If you unable to do so, unfortunately your class will be charged as normal. Please refer to Terms & Conditions on our website.
