Reformer Pilates

Pilates Reformer is exercise like no other. 

 

The Reformer machine works the whole body by adding resistance using springs, not only working your core but lengthening the spine and muscles which then leads to greater flexibility, strength and a more balanced posture. It is also a great way to connect mind and body.

​

Reformer Pilates is suitable for anybody and can be used as a sport specific training assistance.

Barre Flow

Feel the difference a barre class can make.

 

Small, Ballet-based moves at the Barre to create a body sculpting workout, to get the heart rate up a little higher and feel the heat.  Then finish on the floor with an amazing stretch session.  

 

Suitable for everyone.  No dance experience necessary!  just bring your mat and have fun.

Yin Pilates

Yin Pilates is perfect for tired, busy and stressed bodies.  You will release tight muscles, increase flexibility and enjoy deep guided relaxation and stillness of mind.

The Pilates reformer helps you easily isolate muscles & joints, so no tying yourself in knots, and the sliding carriage means the intensity is up to you! 

​

Deep, effective and safe stretches for the entire body will have you feeling relaxed, restored and rejuvenated!

Yoga Class

Yoga

Connect your mind and body as you move through this rejuvenating yoga session, focusing on building strength and flexibility, while working at your own level.

A medium-paced yoga class, which will allow you to leave feeling relaxed, restored and balanced.

Yoga Class

Mat Pilates

Mat Strong. A combo of traditional Mat Pilates, Functional Fitness, Strength and endurance training. 

Circuit style or your instructor’s choice of flow This class will focus on core strength, balance  and flexibility.  You will leave feeling  stronger and more flexible.  Bring your mat  if you have one, or we can provide one. 

 We will provide all other equipment.  Bands, weights, Balls, Foam Rollers and Circles may be added to your class for extra fun and challenge. Suitable for all levels.

Private Lessons

A great way to start your Pilates journey – book a one-hour session to experience a more private setting for your first class.  This helps you to familiarise yourself with the Reformer machine.

Includes an assessment and planning session to help you set some goals.
