Awaken and align your body with this Pilates session. This class will focus on core strength, balance and flexibility. You will leave feeling stronger and more flexible. Bring your mat and we will provide all other equipment. Bands, Balls, Foam Rollers and Circles may be added to your class for extra fun and challenge. Suitable for all levels.
